Congratulations to Judith Kyrinis on Winning the 2024 Golf Ontario Senior Women’s Championship
We are thrilled to announce that Judith Kyrinis, a proud member of The Thornhill Club, has once again demonstrated her remarkable talent and determination by winning the 2024 Golf Ontario Senior Women’s Championship. The tournament took place at the challenging Lora Bay Golf Club from August 6th to 8th, where Judith outshined her competitors to claim her sixth Ontario Senior Women’s title.
Judith’s consistent performance over the three-day event was nothing short of spectacular. She finished with a total score of 222, three strokes over par, securing her position at the top of the leaderboard. Her journey to victory was marked by impressive rounds of 76, 71, and 75.
Day 1 (August 6th): Judith opened the tournament with a solid round of 76, showing her resilience and strategic play across the course. She navigated the front nine with a score of 37 and the back nine with a score of 39.
Day 2 (August 7th): The second day saw Judith stepping up her game, carding an exceptional 71. Her front nine was particularly impressive, with a score of 34, showcasing her skillful shot-making and composure under pressure.
Day 3 (August 8th): On the final day, Judith maintained her lead with a round of 75, closing out the championship in style. Her front nine score of 40 and back nine score of 35 sealed her victory, and she was crowned the champion once again.
Judith’s triumph at Lora Bay is a testament to her dedication, skill, and love for the game. We are incredibly proud to have her as a member of our club, and her achievement serves as an inspiration to all of us.
